My Husband and I had the pleasure of fulfilling a long time dream. Last summer we packed up the kids and headed west. If you love adventure for the entire family, beautiful weather, incredible sightseeing, and natural wonders then Flagstaff Arizona is the place for you.

Our first stop was a jeep tour of the Grand Canyon. We were able to see nature at its best. The kids got to see elk, antelope, and many different types of animals. The tour group was fantastic. At one point we were able to exit the jeeps and go for a hike. The sunset over the Grand Canyon was by far the best I have ever seen. Check out the tour group

The next day we headed out to a Navajo Indian reservation. Do you like beautiful art, jewelry, and pottery? Then you will love to shop here! The kids had a wonderful time and learned a great deal about the Navajo culture.

Searching for a great place for the family to eat? Stop off at the Beaver Street Brewery . My husband enjoyed sampling the many types of home brewed beers. I enjoyed sitting outside in the beer garden. What a view!

We ended our trip with a helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon . If you are not afraid to fly then I highly recommend it. It was an experience of a life time. It will take your breath away!
